What we collect

• Contact form and email: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
• Orders and accounts: your name, email address, billing details you enter, order history and, if you create an account, your login details (passwords are stored hashed).
• Payments: payments are processed by Paystack (and, where offered, Squad). We do not see or store your full card details. We receive a payment reference, amount, status and the email used for payment.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, kept in server logs for security, fraud prevention and basic traffic statistics.
• Cookies: a session cookie (PHPSESSID) needed for forms, checkout and login. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send quotes.
• To process orders, deliver services and digital products, and send download links and receipts.
• To keep the site secure (rate limiting, spam and fraud prevention).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the site and your order: our payment processors (Paystack, Squad), our hosting and email providers, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically 6 years). Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
